At Wetroomstop, we try our best to ensure that your shipments are delivered in the shortest possible time and in the best possible condition.
Your pack shipment
Courier shipments are sent daily from Monday to Friday via the TNT courier company. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
How long it will take?
Delivery time depends on whether the product is in our warehouse and if it is a standard product. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer Saturday Delivery an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Please bear in mind that special and bespoke products (depending on specification) can be delivered within 6-10 business days.

Our main goal is to deliver the product in perfect condition, ready for installation. We always check quality and condition of the products before shipping them. We pack our products carefully, to decrease probability of breaking items in delivery vehicles. Important! Please check product condition before siging courier's checkout. If you can find technical defects or damage during delivery, in the courier’s presence ask him to write damage protocol, in which there will be included the date, time and description of service failures or deficiencies noted. Exchange for a new product is only possible on the basis of whether written protocol.
